Traditional Pork Souvlaki Recipe


Are you looking for a fun Greek dinner idea!? This recipe is for oven-baked pork souvlaki but you can easily cook souvlaki on your outdoor grill!  Top your delicious souvlaki with freshly diced tomatoes, onions, and creamy tzatziki!

Let the pork cubes sit in the souvlaki marinade for 1-4 hours so that the pork can absorb all of the delicious flavours!


Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 15-30 minutes.   Thread the pork cubes onto the skewers, place on a baking sheet, and put them in the oven at 375 degrees F. 


Sprinkle the baked pork souvlaki skewers with lemon juice and all-purpose Greek seasoning. 


Assemble the pork souvlakia with pita bread, diced tomatoes, red onions, creamy tzatziki sauce and crumbled feta cheese!
