Let the pork cubes sit in the souvlaki marinade for 1-4 hours so that the pork can absorb all of the delicious flavours!

Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 15-30 minutes.   Thread the pork cubes onto the skewers, place on a baking sheet, and put them in the oven at 375 degrees F.

Sprinkle the baked pork souvlaki skewers with lemon juice and all-purpose Greek seasoning.
