HOW TO MAKE LEMON BISCOTTI: STEP BY STEP

Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients

STEP 1

Use your hands to form the biscotti dough into logs

STEP 2

Score the loaves in about 1" slices

STEP 3

Bake the loaves in the oven for 25 minutes at 325 degrees F.

STEP 4

Allow the loaves to cool and cut the biscotti.

STEP 5

Transfer the cut biscotti to a cookie sheet in a single layer. Bake again for 20 minutes at 250 degrees F.
