How Long Does Salmon Need To Bake In The Oven? 

Salmon fillets need to bake for only about 16-18 minutes at 425 degrees F.

Prepare the creamy dill mayo sauce In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil, diced onion and garlic on low to medium heat

Add chilli flakes, capers and brine and simmer the sauce on low to medium heat for 5 minutes

Add the white wine, dill, and brown sugar  Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir often and keep the sauce uncovered

Lower the heat. Add in butter, mayonnaise, and slowly add the whipping cream Stir frequently. Simmer on very low heat for 2-3 minutes

Bake the salmon until the fillets are cooked through and opaque. About 16-18 minutes.

How Do You Know When Salmon Is Done? 

Press down lightly on the salmon with a fork.   If it flakes easily then your salmon is cooked!
